Guests are required to complete the online check-in and upload a photo of their passport via our management system, in compliance with public safety regulations. All personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). A late check-in fee applies and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 for arrivals after 20:30 and €50 after 00:00. Included during your stay: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 3 towels per guest (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small), shampoo, soap, body wash, all bed linens, and 1 kitchen towel. Additional cleaning and fresh linens/towels are available on request for an extra fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee. Key Policy: – In case of key loss, a €100 replacement fee will be charged. – If the lock needs to be changed, the full cost (between €250 and €500 depending on date/time) will be charged. – Please do not leave keys inside the door lock from the inside, as this prevents re-entry.
